Problem #

While provisioning an account on a cPanel & WHM server using the cPanel module, you see the following error:

You do not have permission to use Selected Package

Cause #

The package name in WHMCS does not exactly match the package name in WHM.

Solution #

Correct the entered package name.

To do this:

1. Go to the Module Settings tab for the relevant product at Configuration () > System Settings > Products/Services.
2. Make certain that the set package name matches the name exactly as it appears in WHM. This should use the username_packagename format.
