Reseller Subdomain Errors
Problem
While provisioning an account on a cPanel & WHM server using the cPanel module, you see the following error:
Resellers are not permitted to create subdomains of the server's main domain
Cause
This indicates that the domain is missing from the service configuration.
Solution
Enter a domain name for the product, save the changes, and then run the Create command again.
To prevent this issue in the future, make sure to check Require Domains for the product at Configuration () > System Settings > Products/Services.
