Problem #

While provisioning an account on a cPanel & WHM server using the cPanel module, you see the following error:

Sorry, that username is reserved

Cause #

The username for the new account contains a prohibited word. cPanel & WHM does not allow usernames to contain several words, including test.

Solution #

Change the hosting account’s username and run the Create command again.
