Problem #

While provisioning an account on a Plesk server using the Plesk module, you see the following error message:

1014 - Parser error: Cannot parse the XML from the source specified

Cause #

The Plesk API only supports the characters a-z and 0-9. If the client’s profile contains accents or other characters, it will cause account creation to fail.

Solution #

Edit the client’s profile to remove these characters.
