Problem #

While attempting to access a Plesk server using the Plesk module, you see the following error message:

1006 - Permission denied

Cause #

This indicates that your Plesk login doesn’t have the necessary permissions to use the API.

Solution #

Ask your hosting provider or system administrator to grant your Plesk reseller account the Ability to use remote API permission.
