Problem #

While logging in to an account on a Plesk server using the Plesk module, you see the following error message:

Plesk login requires user authentication

Cause #

This issue can happen when the user has a dynamic IP addresses or an unstable internet connection.

Solution #

Selecting Allow IP changes during one session in Plesk will resolve this.
