Client Area Title Display Issues

Problem

The primary navigation bar and sidebar menu items do not display correctly. Instead, shortened versions of the text display without capitalization or correct spacing. For example:

Cause

The contents of the language file in the /lang directory, which should contain the text for these menu items, is missing, unreadable, or corrupted.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

  1. On the server that hosts your WHMCS installation, rename the /lang directory to /lang_backup.
  2. Upload a new copy of the entire directory. You can download this from the WHMCS Members Area or, if you do not purchase your license from us directly, get it from your WHMCS license reseller.
  3. Reapply your customizations, making sure not to reintroduce the issue.
