Field Default Value Errors

Problem

You see the following error message during installation:

Field xxx doesn't have a default value

Cause

This error indicates that you attempted to install WHMCS with MySQL Strict Mode enabled. WHMCS requires you to disable this before installation.

Solution

Disable MySQL Strict Mode.
