Order Not Found Errors

Problem

You see the following error while attempting to place a new order:

Order Not Found...Exiting...

This error usually appears with other errors.

Cause

This error is caused by an inability for the WHMCS software to write to the MySQL® database. This is typically due to the MySQL server being in Strict Mode.

Solution

To resolve this problem, disable MySQL Strict Mode.
