Attachment Upload Failures


Your attempts to upload files to support tickets fail.


This issue may occur due to an incorrectly-configured list of allowed file attachment types.


To resolve this issue:

  1. Go to Configuration () > System Settings > General Settings.
  2. Choose the Support tab.
  3. Enter the desired file attachment types as a comma-separated list (for example, .gif,.jpg,.pdf).
  4. Click Save Changes.
