Undefined Method Importing Errors

Problem

You see a Call to undefined method error when importing emails into the support ticket system:

Call to undefined method WHMCS\Mail\Incoming\Mailbox::getRawHeader()

You may no longer be able to import email into the support ticket system.

Cause

A pop.php or pipe.php file has become outdated.

Solution

This troubleshooting information only applies to self-hosted WHMCS installations.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Download the full release files or contact your license reseller to ask for them.
  2. Upload a new set of files from the crons directory to the crons location on your server, overwriting the existing files.
  3. If you have customized the crons directory location, make certain that you have completed all of our recommended steps for crons directory customization.
